Special Services
In addition to our typical work with students and families, Savvy Strategies also provides some special, targeted services as well.
Service Academy Applications
Annapolis. West Point. They are in a league of their own. Applying to a service academy is nothing at all like applying to college. It is a complicated and critical process.
We can provide support, assistance, and answers at each step of the way:
Applying for congressional nominations;
Preparing for congressional interviews;
Preparing for officer interviews;
Completing the academy application;
Writing the essay;
Advising regarding DodMerb/DodMets and waivers;
Discussing prep school options, if needed.
Parent Seminars
These seminars can be scheduled to provide insight on some aspect of the college preparation or college admissions process. Each seminar includes take-home checklists and resources.
Organize your own group of 6 or more for a personal seminar in your home. Families who host private seminars will receive a credit towards an individual student coaching plan. Contact us for details! (Note: all seminars are currently held online, in light of the Covid-19 crisis. We look forward to returning to in-person seminars as soon as safely possible!)
